CEO & President

A customer focused and visionary technology executive, Sandeep brings over a decade of experience in spearheading service development, execution and strategic planning in the Information Technology and Consulting industries.

At Flexis, he leads the overall strategy and direction of the company plus he focuses on seamless execution and cohesive team building across geographies. Prior to forming Flexis, Sandeep worked in management and consultant positions at Fujitsu, AT&T and VeriSign.

Sandeep has an MBA from Twente University, the Netherlands and Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Nick Blozan

VP Sales and Marketing

Nick has over 25 years of experience in high tech, including executive positions in sales, marketing, product management and engineering. His sales experience includes both direct and channel sales in cloud, software and services companies.

Banarsi Sharma

Chief Operating Officer

An experienced operations professional with more than a three decades of management experience. He has been with Flexis since its inception, he oversees administration and daily operations for our offshore delivery center in New Delhi, India. He is responsible for all customer engagements, client satisfaction, and service deliveries from globally distributed teams.

Prior to joining Flexis, he worked in a variety of management roles including managing over 350 employees for a major corporation in India. He has extensive experience in dealing with global businesses in US, UK and India.

Anthony Woods

Director, Operations

Anthony is responsible for Operational Strategy, Service Delivery and Process Improvement at Flexis. He is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients or customers, meeting quality standards and service level agreements.

He is also responsible for Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Raju Singh

Service Delivery

Raju is responsible for Service Delivery at Flexis. Raju’s responsibilities include Service Delivery Management, Customer Satisfaction, and New Service Introduction.

Raju’s team also has the responsibility to ensure and enforce Quality and Policy standards across the Flexis organization.

Debbie Yeung

Client Services and Account Management

She is seasoned Account Manager manages Account Management team at Flexis. She is responsible for all communications to the Flexis client base. She is responsible for advocating our client needs throughout internal departments and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
